1918 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 1918 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before registering.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 1918 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided through the 1918 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Continued use of the 1918 platform after any changes are made to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest applicable terms.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this service.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1918 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same user are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice and without refund of any balance tied to activity that violates this rule.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. 1918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents for account verification purposes at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 1918 support team immediately.
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Use a strong and unique password for your 1918 account
- Log out after every session, especially on shared devices
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 1918 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated methods to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities or technical errors for unfair advantage
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the platform
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through multiple registrations, use of stolen credit cards, or other fraudulent methods
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users
- Posting or transmitting any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the platform
1918 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including freezing the account while the investigation is ongoing.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1918 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and originate from a legitimate source. The platform does not accept deposits from third parties or via payment methods in another person's name.
Deposit
Minimum deposit limits and maximum limits applicable to each payment method are set and can be reviewed in the platform's deposit section after logging in. 1918 is not responsible for transaction delays or failures caused by payment providers, banks, or eWallet networks.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification and compliance with rollover requirements (where applicable) have been confirmed. 1918 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name.
Any attempt to withdraw funds credited through fraudulent means — including unauthorised credit card use or falsified payment information — will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Liability Limits
The 1918 platform is not liable for any losses or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
1918 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.
Account Suspension and Closure
1918 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information during registration
- Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies
In the event of a legitimate account closure (not resulting from fraud), any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1918 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 1918 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 1918.
Third-Party Links
The 1918 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or external informational content. 1918 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Changes to These Terms
1918 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
